Dear Church Friends,
Greetings in the name of Jesus. Recent years have been exciting for Prospect. We have seen an amazing increase in the population of our community which has provided great opportunities for the ministry of our church. Opportunities, however, always bring challenges. We are moving forward in faith and confidence that God will continue to enable us to meet the needs of our current membership as well as those who are joining us on a regular basis.
For decades, we have endeavored to “make disciples for Jesus Christ” with all our resources, time, talents, and giving. Our church has earned its reputation as a place where hopes and dreams are realized. We remain committed to expanding our ministry to those who have preschool children or youth and adding ministries to singles, senior adults, and special needs. Our goal is to “know Christ and to make Christ known.” This will require a continued investment of ourselves in the lives of others.
Because of the opportunities in our area and the need to respond to them, we are embarking on a Capital Stewardship Campaign. Through this stewardship campaign, we will be able to put into place facilities and ministries needed to minister to our community.
Our title for this campaign is Footprints for the Future. You will note that our logo depicts footprints along a path reflecting new visions of buildings dedicated to Christ’s mission in our community. I believe that this image captures the spirit of what we are trying to accomplish here at Prospect in building for future generations.
It is my prayer is that you will wholeheartedly support Footprints for the Future. Enclosed you will find some preliminary information. In the coming months, you will receive additional details about this project. Please know that you are important to us, and we covet your prayerful support.
May God bless you and make you bold in your service for Him.
Because He Lives,

Rev. Grady Mosley
